My name is Karen Leary and I am the assistant community liaison for Surprenant & Beneski, P.C.. My job is to be out in the community meeting people, letting them know how we can help and being able to give them direction and hope. Since I have aging parents with serious medical issues and have a family of my own, I know how overwhelming it can be. I have been with Surprenant & Beneski, P.C for a year and half so I guess that makes me the new kid on the block. I had been a stay at home mom and previous to that I worked for AT&T where I excelled at customer service. I have a great job mainly because I work with such talented and kind hearted people! I am a people person and I love being out in the community. When I am not working, I live in Dartmouth with my husband Tim and our precious and precocious daughter, Katie. I am also on of the Board of Directors for the Dartmouth Council on Aging, the Advisory Board for Brandon Woods of New Bedford, Friends of Buttonwood Park, the setup committee for Louie’s Run and volunteering at my daughter’s school. I am bit of a computer geek and I love being at the beach, gardening and just spending time with my family and friends.
